Minimum Reqs: * BS degree in Fine Art / Science, focusing on Industrial Design, Product Design, Design Engineer, or other related fields. * At least 2-year professional work experience as an industrial designer, product designer, design engineer, or similar roles with physical product design-related responsibilities. * Proficiency in Solidworks, Keyshot, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong portfolio presents industrial design projects or showcases. * Strong skills in user experience research methodologies for physical products. * Strong skills in prototyping tools, including 3D printing, laser cutting, CNC milling, etc. * Familiar with the most recent marketing trends in product design, package design, and brand development. * Broad technical understanding of manufacturing process, package design, graphic design, and physical prototyping in different levels of fidelity. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers and demonstrate work with stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and passion for design tasks. Good to Have: * Familiar with how to use Figma & AutoCAD. * Have mechanical engineering background. * Experience in the manufacturing process and materials explorations. * Past medical-device / healthcare-related working experience is a plus.
