The Contractor shall select media based on specific media attributes to make appropriate choices that lead to practical resource decisions. + Work closely with the instructional development team to layout and design instructional media. The Contractor shall draw storyboards to guide development during the production of computer-based training, films, and videos. The Contractor shall use computer-aided design systems and artistic techniques to create animations. + Instruct instructors and students on how to use training materials and equipment. + Plan, oversee, and produce the following: 1. Two and three-dimensional display materials (outlines, charts, diagrams, articles, worksheets, flip charts,graphs, photographs, drawings, checklists, labeled illustrations, CD-ROM, Photo CD) 2. Audio recordings 3. Projected still pictures (color and black and white overhead transparencies) 4. Computer generated images, animation, slides, filmstrips, moving pictures, and videotapes. 5.
