Responsibilities:
Drive the product design process from ideation, concept, fabric development, lab dip selection, sketching, tech packs, proto review, fit review.
Collaborate with PLM and Merchandising to create a best-in-class assortment that resonates with the customer with support from data and market trends.
Continue to push and innovate the product offering through best-in-class fabrics and trims.
Partner with the Product Development & Production team to ensure design vision is executed while hitting key milestones and metrics like delivery and gross margin.
Lead weekly fittings with Technical Design to ensure fit, quality, and construction standards meet internal standards.
