Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. The Role
We're looking for a Principal ProductDesigner to elevate and unify Youtopia's brand into our product experience across our entire wellness ecosystem. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role for a design expert who thrives at the intersection of systems thinking, product innovation, and human-centered design.

What You Bring
10+ years of experience in UX/ProductDesign with a proven track record of shipping exceptional digital products.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.
Expertise in branding, interaction design, systems design, and visual and graphic design, with mastery in at least one.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, from discovery to delivery.

Our interns partner with teams across EchoStar working to drive our latest game-changing innovation. Our internship is a 10 week, in-person experience that is paid hourly with eligible overtime. Interns are given a business project(s) to complete over the summer and present their results to leadership and their peers. EchoStar provides each intern with a manager to support them with the execution of their project.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a ProductDesign Intern. This position will be located at our office in Englewood, CO.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in the creation of specialized assets for our streaming experiences
+ Assist in the creation of product experiences for our streaming experiences
+ Help create key art related to the collection pages
+ Create competitive overviews of relevant design experiences
+ Support and update key design documentation
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ GPA 3.3 or above
+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study
+ Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Successful completion of a pre-employment screen including a reference check, criminal background check, and possible drug test
+ Basic understanding of UX, UI, and productdesign
+ Familiarity with common design patterns and visual design principles.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to translate design decisions to peers and stakeholders
+ Attention to detail down to the pixel
+ Creative mindset for creating rich consumer experiences
+ Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in presenting information
+ Ability to conduct competitive research where it makes sense

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $18.00/Hour - $24.00/Hour
