Essential Skills * Distribution design experience (1-5 years). * Experience in distribution design/engineering. * Bachelor's Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience. * 3 years experience in a combination of Distribution/Utility, customer interactions, and negotiations. * Electric Power Technology Certification. * Advanced ability with integrity, compliance, and professional skills. * Competency in analysis, problem solving, commercial communications, process/project management, and leadership skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Master's Degree in a related field of study. * Experience in project management, design, estimating, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting. * Ability to evaluate distribution system capability to serve new load and mitigate potential future impacts. * Experience in engineering design and permitting. * Ability to work with other departments to establish customer requirements and project costs. Work Environment This role requires meeting attendance and storm duty requirements, with the ability to work extended hours as necessary.
