Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accessories Designer to take full ownership of the Men's, Women's, and Kid's Accessories categories. This contract role is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and development of a diverse range of products, ensuring they align with brand identity, market trends, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the accessories design category, creating innovative and brand-right designs each season across bags, hats, belts, scarves, shoes, hair accessories, small goods, socks, and gifting.
Develop original concepts, materials, silhouettes, and graphics that bring fresh perspectives to the category while maintaining brand consistency.
Present design concepts through sketches, materials, colors, and trims, ensuring alignment with seasonal direction and business goals.
Build and maintain design boards, trend research portals, and concept presentations.
Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, and Technical Design to ensure seamless execution from initial concept to final product.
Create detailed technical flats, BOMs, and tech packs in PLM (Centric) to ensure accurate production execution.

Act as the primary design contact for external vendors, maintaining clear communication to drive product development and ensure deadlines are met.
Stay ahead of market trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously evolve and elevate the category.

What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in accessories design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality work.

Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Receive information and merchandise plan about delivery from the VP of Design
Attend trade fairs, and shop the market for ideas.
Ability to follow and understand the merchandise plan and collect trend information, fabric, print, color, and trims to put initial concept boards together
Present concept boards to the team: VP of Design, VP of Sales, Company Principal, and in case of licensed brands to their teams
Upon approval of initial concepts, the ability to take direction from the meeting and create specific boards for requested deliveries that fulfill the merchandise plan and capture the target customer and price points
Do trim mock-ups before finalizing concepts

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable individual to become a member of our team as a Designer for Vein Matching.
Vein-matching is the practice of laying out pieces of stone digitally, so that the veins of the stone match from one piece to the next in such a way as to create a continuity in the overall layout.
Your work product will be reviewed by some of the most prestigious architects, designers, and brands in the world.
We offer a salary starting at $25.00 per hour, (commensurate with your experience) as well as a generous benefits package.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Managing the photographing and inventory of stone slabs for each project
Compliance to inventory system and making slab labels for photographing
Monitoring photographing, quality control of photos, troubleshooting
Maintenance of inventory from beginning to completion of each project
Stone layouts
Setting up AutoCAD files received from the drafter to be compatible for import into Slabsmith vein-matching program
Compiling and understanding directives from client and/or architectural drawings on the desired layout/aesthetic of the stone
Nesting stone pieces drawn in AutoCAD onto slabs photographed in Slabsmith program to generate a virtual layout of the job that achieves the desired aesthetic of the client
Compiling submittal package of stone layout for submittal to client
Rectifying stone layout to client comments and final field dimensions
Fabrication package
Compiling package for fabrication shop consisting of Slabsmith generated stone layout and AutoCAD generated fabrication “slab ticket” drawings
Basic understanding of stone fabrication procedure to provide appropriate instructions for each job
Coordination with project manager
Skills:
Basic knowledge/proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to learn new computer programs and understand basic processes of stone fabrication
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Basic Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus but not necessary
Ability to read architectural drawings
High attention to detail
An artistic sense of design aesthetics, patterns, colors

Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly creative, passionate, and hardworking a Contract Graphic Designer. The designer will work on a variety of projects including packaging, retail displays, renderings, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment. Experience in fashion or beauty is a plus.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Art Director, while working closely with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to create and plan design deliverables
Ability to conceptualize and render innovative display and packaging ideas for new products
Create packaging mock-ups/prototypes
Design primary and secondary packaging
Follow best practices for brand and email guidelines, to ensure projects adhere to brand standards
Actively follow global retail trends and be proactive in contributing fresh ideas to help drive consumer engagement
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3+ years in Graphic Design/Graphic Arts, Digital Media or related field
Extremely proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
Ability to minimally retouch photos
Have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceeds working independently but also thrives creatively while working alongside others
Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet both creative and timing expectations
