**Role Overview**
As a Senior ProductDesigner at Datavant, you will lead the end-to-end design process for Release of Information (ROI), focusing on optimizing manual workflows and enabling digital fulfillment. You will redesign workflows to increase efficiency and improve user experience, all while ensuring platform stability and scalability as we transition to new technologies. Your work will directly impact healthcare providers, call center operations, and our backend systems, ultimately improving productivity and reducing operational costs.

**Qualifications**
+ Experience in the healthcare industry (provider or healthcare data experience would be a bonus), and experience and interest in high-volume operational users
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience in user research and design, preferably with experience in enterprise productdesign

Job Description
The VDC P&ID Administrator will perform P&ID Software administration functions for the team on all projects, as well as coordinate with clients and sub-consultants on P&ID standards. This person will work closely with CRB project discipline leads and the VDC Regional Manager on internal P&ID standardization and content development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Function as a primary P&ID liaison to the design and construction staff, communicating status, issues, remedies, and establishing design parameters based on project requirements
* Establish standard design and construction practices for P&ID projects in order to share the information across relevant project teams to help promote efficiency and consistency in project deliverables
* Develop project templates, maintain content, manage database creation, and perform project audits
* Implement P&ID and company strategic innovation techniques on projects by integrating all phases of project delivery
* Work with project teams to prepare, execute, and finalize project deliverables (P&ID drawings, specifications, lists, BOMs, etc.)
* Assist with project planning and resource coordination
* Manage the P&ID coordination process for all project stakeholders
* Maintain a healthy P&ID infrastructure (i.e. P&ID SQL database, supporting project files)
* Promote the advancement of VDC/P&ID initiatives, help develop/coordinate training strategies and mentor colleagues in all offices
* Work closely with regional and corporate leadership on P&ID strategies and standardization
* Research and stay informed on VDC/P&ID-related software and technologies
* Provide support to end users both in your region and other regions as needed (Helpdesk)
Qualifications

* Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, completion of Construction Management Certificate Program, or equivalent
* Minimum five years of experience in an A/E design firm setting or construction industry equivalency
* Advanced Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D and the functions of AutoCAD platforms is required
Additional Qualifications
* Experience with Revit is preferred
* Experience with 3D collaboration tools (Navisworks, BIM360 suite, Assemble) is preferred
* Experience with content development is preferred
* Experience with SQL and/or SQLite databases preferred
* programing skills are a plus
* Industry VDC certification (Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM, etc.) is preferred
