RESPONSIBILITIES Performance-Driven Creative Development Design creative specifically optimized for paid social and paid media (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display, programmatic, retargeting, affiliate placements, etc.) Create multiple variations of ads for testing messaging, visuals, CTA placement, and formats. Translate audience insights and funnel stage strategies (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) into targeted design executions Serve as the design team expert for digital marketing-building templates and setting the standards for brands.
