What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
Proven Design Expertise: A rich online portfolio website showcasing a diverse range of digital work, especially in web design, display ads, and motion graphics.
Experience: 4+ years as a UX or Digital Designer with a solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, brand adherence, etc.).
UX Methodology: Familiarity with UX design processes and methodologies is a plus.

**Required Skills:**
Product Designer Responsibilities:
1. Work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a well scoped domain
2. Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant for our supported platforms
3. Design new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems
4. Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
5. Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists to iterate and oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch
**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
7. 2+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products across a variety of platforms.
8. 2+ years of interaction design experience with knowledge to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs.
9. 2+ years of experience in prototyping.
10. 2+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense.
11. 2+ years of strategic product thinking with the experience of understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
12. Knowledge in clearly and succinctly articulating the goals of your team.

$110,000/year to $159,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
