Summary:
The Case Designer acts as a support partner for assigned Highland Sales Resources (both Signature Vice Presidents as well as those outside of the Signature channel). Case Designers work with their assigned Sales Resources to provide presale assistance including case design, product selection, illustrations, application fulfillment, etc. Case Designers also help maximize opportunities so that the field can focus on generating additional revenue by seeing more potential producers and clients.

The Case Designer must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills to provide pertinent information on product recommendations, explanations as to why recommendations were made, as well as guidance regarding the application process, and strategies on how Highland can best support the producer.
The Case Designer must be a team player with the ability to work closely with other job families that support the VP. Adapting Recipes to stock available

Retail Flower Shop experience Must have experience in either Weddings or Sympathy Floral Design work
All Designers must have at least one year of working experience in a retail or floral design studio.

Provide complete code-compliant designs inclusive of device layouts, system circuitry, calculations and detailed drawings for the Smart Spaces Audio Visual systems division. This position is located at our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, FL - the base of our entire operation.

Create audio/visual wiring diagrams, architectural drawings, calculations, and submittals for projects.
Act as a resource, providing technical assistance for projects during bidding, design, permitting and construction.
Provide efficiency reviews and/or value engineering options for existing designs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants and project personnel.
Work with business development team to design code-compliant, contract-compliant and cost-effective systems.

A motivated computer-aided design and drafting modeling program guru who takes the time to do things right and focuses in on what's important in an ever-changing environment.
Must have at least 3-5 years' experience with Audio Visual Systems design required; experience with large-scale, multi-family residential projects a plus.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is required; Bluebeam Revu is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Understand overall theory of audio visual, lighting controls, and shade controls.
Familiarity with Crestron and/or Lutron preferred.
