This role involves defining product requirements, developing innovative design solutions, and collaborating across departments to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and customer satisfaction. The engineer will support ongoing product development initiatives, provide technical expertise to both internal teams and external customers, and drive continuous improvement in design and production processes. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities Define and document product requirements with clarity and precision. Review customer applications and provide design recommendations tailored to performance and cost needs. Meet with customers to present technical details of composite products. Provide engineering support to customers, sales teams, and manufacturing operations. Identify new markets and applications for composite products and contribute to growth initiatives.
