The Meta Content Design team is one of the largest and most established in the world, and includes people at various stages in their careers and from a range of backgrounds. **Required Skills:** Content Designer Responsibilities: 1. Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and teams meet their goals. This includes product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Meta products and experiences 2. Apply systems thinking to the product, whether it's defining extensible design patterns or conducting audits of existing experiences 3. Give and solicit feedback from your UX design peers in service of building the best products 4. Contribute to projects in ways that enhance the clarity and usability of product experiences, and guide teams towards solving the most important problems 5. Identify problems you can help solve and deliver on them 6. Edit and contribute to designs and content using Figma 7. Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines, including engineering, design, research, marketing and data science 8. Partner with our internationalization team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Design or a related field 10. 3+ years' experience in UX writing 11. Experience to create wireframes and co-author design mocks using design tools 12. Experience to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences 13. Skill with technical systems, like creating logic to personalize product copy, or using tools for managing content at scale 14. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) assists in the development of an online course during a three-month development cycle. This is remote, contract work. The SME will collaborate with an Instructional Designer and the Program Chair to map content to course outcomes, select course materials, develop course content including assignment and discussions, and review all course content to ensure accuracy and appropriateness. Candidates should have a graduate degree in the related field. Experience developing educational content is a plus. Essential Functions Provide high quality instructional content and materials in collaboration with key stakeholders utilizing the Post University design process in a given quarterly development cycle. Collaborate effectively to meet design deadlines. Ensure all content aligns with course outcomes and unit objectives. Review the final product.
