Consults with personnel in various engineering activities relative to the design, drafting, and construction of designed components. Provides technical support and follow-up on Design/Product Validation activities. Support Engineering with the maintenance open issue lists and timelines as required. Support requests of Engineering and Program Management as needed. Communication of design-related and timing-related issues to Engineering and Program Management. Participation in design reviews, including display and explanation of design progress to customers and the internal team. Creation and management of assemblies in the CAD software. Interference analysis with assemblies and analytical section creation. Requirements: This is how you will take us forward: 3 to 5 years of building design experience in one of the following the areas -structures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical hardware and routing, interiors / exteriors. Experience using Autodesk Revit design software including BIM Collaborate. Experience with single-family homes preferred.
