- Follow up and track all proto styles with vendors and update tracker accordingly
- Ensure that prototypes are in-house on time for all proto/adoption meetings
- Create and maintain sample tracker for all salesmen samples
- Issue all pos to vendors for SMS
- Collect all prices from vendor for protos and sms
- Work with fabric team and vendors to ensure all sample yardage is booked for SMS
- Lead weekly sms/proto meetings with design/merch /production.
- Proactively follow up with each vendor to ensure timely delivery of sms.
