You Will: Take notes during product development meetings and distribute written weekly updates to cross-functional teams. Keep key project documents up-to-date with timelines and status; communicate to and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly and to keep the entire company informed.Interface with external partners to manage sampling and prototyping processes, ensuring that all instructions and requests are clear and concise.Open, process and track samples to ensure timely review and feedback. Ensure that packages shipped to/from vendors and senior management have clear, concise labels and instructions.Set up sample and prototype boards or displays, as requested by the Director, NPD, to facilitate senior management conversations and reviews.Develop and prepare physical or digital presentations for key stakeholders in the development and launch of new products. This includes design specifications, line drawings, file production/set up, source materials, and standard operating procedures.Prepare mockups and prototypes for stationery, art, and textile products, and supporting cost analysis.
