We are searching for a focused, analytical Product Development Engineer to join our team. The responsibilities of the Product Development Engineer include collaborating with other members of the product and design team, conceptualizing and designing new products, testing product designs, and drafting the specifications for the manufacturing of new products. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the engineering and product design, including design for manufacturability and cost, of plastic, metal, rubber, and electronic assembly components. As a Product Development Engineer, you will serve as a technical engineering liaison with New Product Development Teams to support efficient flow of new product concepts.

• Travel to partners, suppliers, manufacturers, company sites, test sites, and installation sites, both domestic and international;

• Actively identifying and pursuing potential IP for the company while staying current with IP of competitors
  

The position is in Massachusetts, however remote position is possible. Travel is expected to be approximately 30%.
