The Senior Manufacturing Engineer focuses on the development and execution of manufacturing engineering processes with an enterprise first perspective. The individual will provide an advanced level of expertise in manufacturing through planning, organization, control, integration and completion of assigned responsibilities by coordinating with engineering team members and operations management. Plan, design, and refine manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput. Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and operations to facilitate the efficient integration of new processes and equipment while minimizing downtime. Complete detailed reports, record test findings, and present issues in a professional manner. Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, while also focusing on optimizing process effectiveness. Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
