Duties and Responsibilities Assist with preparation of and attend project startup meetings including Project Handoff Meeting with Estimating Department, Pre-Construction Meeting with Owner, and Pre-Construction Meeting with Unions. Prepare Subcontracts and Purchase Orders under supervision of Project Manager. Distribute Project Plans, Specifications, Standard Plans, Job Special Provisions, Phase Listing, Direct Cost Reports, Plan Revisions, etc. and maintain throughout the project. Assist with preparation of Pre-Activity Meetings for larger items of work. Build Daily and/or Weekly Project Schedule and distribute to all required parties, including Owner, Project Team, MW Executives and Operations Departments, etc. Assist with initial development and monthly update of CPM Schedule. Assist Superintendent and Foremen with day to day tasks including material procurement, daily project scheduling, survey/layout, etc. Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and vendors as needed to meet project schedule requirements. Coordinate with Owner/ Owner's representative, Inspectors, QC/QA personnel, etc. to schedule testing and/or inspection of work.
