Build and maintain relationships with development crews at customer sites. * Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from tech. point of view. * Technically drive marketing activities, including seminar/exhibition/conference, collect market feedback and give suggestions to Product Line on NPD. * Manage lab facilities like DPD system/Loadpull system etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor/master's degree in electronic engineering with the focus on RF. * 5+ years experiences in RF design or applications, experience in high power amplifier is preferred. * Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques. * Expert on the design of high-power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications. * Highly knowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems, familiar with simulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum. * Highly knowledgeable on the physics of device operation. * Good understanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such as digital pre-distortion and Doherty. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Have a proactive, implementation-focused approach. * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
