Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Coordination

3. CMDB & Discovery

4. Project Management
Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.

5. Stakeholder Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Experience

As an Application Engineer with the E2METRIX PFAS Solutions team, you will be assisting with the process design, sales support, estimating, and onsite piloting of PFAS water treatment equipment.

What is the role?
Work with Product Managers and Engineering to support sales by preparing quotes and responding to client RFPs, requiring in-depth product and process knowledge for sizing and pricing.
Provide process support and technical process expertise to E2METRIX lab staff during bench-scale studies using PFAS technology. Responsibilities may include travel to lab sites, experiment design, sampling, data analysis, and report preparation support.
Offer process support and specialized expertise to E2METRIX field personnel throughout onsite pilot initiatives. Responsibilities may include traveling to multiple locations, facilitating operational activities, experiment design, sampling, data analysis, preparing technical reports, and providing expert guidance and direction-both to colleagues and clients-in the operation and troubleshooting of PFAS pilot treatment systems as necessary.
Support the ongoing upkeep and use of appropriate design methods, sizing, and costing programs (OPEX and CAPEX) for E2METRIX PFAS solution offering including electro-oxidation for PFAS destruction, ozone foam fractionation, and media-based PFAS removal solutions.
Read and comprehend PFDs, P&ID's, and standard engineering drawings and verify their accuracy.
Review calculations, models, layouts, detailed drawings, specifications, and instructions created by drafters/designers and other engineers for accuracy and consistency.

0-3 years of process engineering-related experience in water/wastewater/waste/landfill leachate industry in North America.
Experience with PFAS, waste industry, drinking water, wastewater, or leachate is a plus.
