The Red Team Lead is a critical role in our offensive security team, driving advanced security testing and adversarial simulations to safeguard McKesson against emerging cyber threats.

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer will work to support operations through the development of standard work procedures, the design of fixtures and jigs, and driving productivity improvements using data analysis and lean principals. Key responsibilities include supporting new product introduction, preventative maintenance of production equipment, and redesigning processes/production work centers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design of the manufacturing and assembly processes including equipment, tools, fixtures, process parameters, time study, material flow, etc.
Works with design engineers in implementing new product designs into production.
Leads pilot builds, PFMEA, and all manufacturing assembly related tasks including establishing build procedures and run rates for new product introduction.
Plans and designs manufacturing processes in a low volume /custom assembly environment.
Designs and specifies fixtures, tools and testers needed to achieve manufacturing goals.
Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, and assembly methods.
Generates Engineering Change Requests, procedures, and assembly instructions.

Qualifications

Summary:

Requirements:
Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance

ABET accreditation preferred but not required
2+ years experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications
2+ years experience supporting development of technical data packages for aircraft parts and components
2+ years experience utilizing professional/technical writing and collaborating to solve technical issues
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance
5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Electrical background (wire installation experience a plus)
