Assist in the development of department standards and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heat pump engineering or related HVAC field Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly heat pump technologies Proficiency in CAD software for system design and modeling Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent project management abilities and experience In-depth understanding of energy efficiency standards and regulations Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and their integration with heat pump systems Strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members Willingness to travel locally for site visits and installations Additional Information Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE, ASHRAE) highly desirable All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
