Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the firearms, defense, or aerospace industries. Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). Strong background in material science, fluid dynamics, and coatings. Proven experience with machining and 3D printing. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor engineering teams. Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
