Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of suppressors and related components from concept through production. Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles for both machining and additive manufacturing (3D printing). Lead rapid prototyping efforts and coordinate testing for performance, durability, and compliance. Apply statistical methods to analyze test data and drive design improvements. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the firearms, defense, or aerospace industries. Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). Strong background in material science, fluid dynamics, and coatings. Proven experience with machining and 3D printing. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and mentor engineering teams.
