The Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) Leader position, reporting directly to the Director, PLCM, is responsible for the management of a specific product portfolio within the Terumo Medical Corporation (TMC) Center for Advanced Access Technology strategic pillars to ensure that the portfolio's products are fully compliant with global regulatory requirements; the TMC Quality Management System (QMS); and meet the needs of the global Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) business. Job Details:
1. Serving in an organizational leadership role, responsible for ensuring that all products within their strategic pillar are developed in accordance with TMC QA101 Product Development & Design Control requirements, their Design History Files (DHF)/Design Master Records (DMR) are developed and maintained to the applicable current global standards, and all changes to the product design or manufacturing process that affect the products form, fit, or function are aligned with user needs and are properly documented, verified, and validated prior to implementation and release to the customer.
2. Proactively align with the TIS Marketing Product Management teams to ensure an effective communication channel is established for the strategic development, building and management of the product portfolio and the engineering activities on-going within the product portfolio.
3. Develop strategies, sets direction and communicates requirements and oversees and participates in product lifecycle management activities required for the development of new products; the transfer of existing products into the Elkton MD TMC manufacturing facility; and changes to product designs or manufacturing processes that affect the form, fit, or function of the associated product(s) within their strategic pillar product portfolio.
4. Working cross-functionally, actively builds the Multi-Generational Portfolio Plan (MGPP) for the Center for Access Technology strategic product pillar for which they are responsible for.
5. Serves as the TMC Design History File (DHF) Content Leader for regulatory body inspections and audits for each product within their strategic pillar.
6. Actively participates in business reviews and strategy development activities.
7. Prepare presentations and formally present to executive management.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExperience in the development and manufacture of global Medical Devices or other highly regulated industries in accordance with global regulatory and quality standards and requirements.Demonstrated understanding of the cross-functional organizational interactions needed for the development and manufacture of new products within FDA design control guidelines.Experience in participating in the development of strategic, portfolio and project plans. The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires that NVIDIA provide the compensation range and benefits offered for this position if performed in Colorado. The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $223,200.00 - 306,900.00 USD.
