Strategic Leadership

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for integrations across LOS, POS, and third-party mortgage platforms

Secure DevSecOps & Compliance
Oversee STIG/ACAS pipeline; manage OS patch strategy (Linux/Windows waiver paths)

Liaise with customer site IA for scan findings and remediation SLAs.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
Direct matrixed software, MLops, HMI, and hardware SMEs (~10FTE).

Qualifications
Education - BS in Computer Science, Aerospace, or related engineering field (MS preferred).
Experience - 10+ yrs delivering complex C4ISR or space domain software; 5 yrs leading Agile teams (must have deep Jira experience); prior deployment inside classified DoD network enclaves. Proven record of achieving ATO in classified environments.
Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to lead multi-vendor, cross-disciplinary teams as the single authoritative technical voice, resolving conflicting priorities and driving alignment among stakeholders.
AI/ML Expertise - solid grasp of anomaly detection techniques (autoencoders, GANs, Bayesian diagnosis), MLOps, Python ecosystem, GPU acceleration, and managing models.

About the Role
