The Role
As the Director of Product, Growth, you'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps that power Brigit's growth and revenue engines, including subscription, pricing, and value-added services. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Design, Partnerships, Data, and Engineering to unlock new opportunities to expand and engage our member base while ensuring our products remain trusted, accessible, and mission-aligned.
You'll lead a team of productmanagers focused on optimizing conversion, increasing customer lifetime value, and reducing churn. Your work will blend strategic bets with rigorous optimization, balancing new user growth, monetization, and retention levers with customer trust and financial well-being.
What You'll Do
* Own product strategy for subscription activation, upgrades, and retention, optimizing value perception and long-term member engagement
* Optimize the in-product user journey to maximize conversion from app install through a user's first-time experience with Brigit's products, including Instant Cash, Credit Builder, Marketplace, and our new Line of Credit offering
* Identify and validate new growth and revenue opportunities through rapid A/B testing
* Partner with Marketing and Partnerships to ensure growth and monetization levers are effectively integrated across acquisition channels, lifecycle CRM campaigns, and in-product experiences
* Improve retention and reactivation through personalized offers, feature adoption strategies, and data-driven lifecycle journeys in product
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of productmanagers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and customer empathy
* Ensure all product growth strategies align with Brigit's mission, regulatory requirements, and commitment to responsible financial products
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of productmanagement experience, including 3+ years owning activation, engagement, and retention
* Proven success driving revenue and customer lifetime value in a B2C fintech, subscription, or consumer marketplace environment
* Strong experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode)
* Deep understanding of mobile product development and monetization in high-engagement consumer products
* Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance short-term revenue impact and long-term customer trust
* Strong customer empathy, particularly for users experiencing financial stress, and a commitment to transparent, user-first monetization strategies
* Bonus: Experience in earned wage access (EWA), lending, or other regulated financial products
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $190,000 - $225,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

About the Role

The Role
We're looking for an envelope-pushing Product Design Lead who can deliver pixel-perfect designs, influence vision, and create obsessively fun experiences for die-hard fans. You'll own the end‑to‑end product experience-from discovery to polished UI-guiding features that delight collectors and dealers of all shapes and sizes. What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: Audit current web & iOS experiences, get oriented on the roadmap for the next 90 days, then design and ship your first WAU-driving feature
By end of month 3: Continue roadmapped feature work while establishing a scalable design system in Figma + code for our suite of social collecting apps (web, iOS, Android)
By Month 6: Quadruple WAUs through category-defining collecting features

Help design Product Vision - Contribute to product strategy with the leadership group, translating collector insights into game-changing
Lead & Execute Design - Own discovery, wireframes, prototypes, UI, motion, and polish for web (NextJS), iOS (SwiftUI), and Android (React Native)
Build a Design System - Extend our baseline token system, with thoughtfully-structured components and documentation that enable engineers and future designers to move fast while maintaining our market lead on craft
Champion User Research - Plan and run qualitative & quantitative studies to validate problems and solutions, then translate your findings into clear execution paths alongside the leadership team
Collaborate Closely - Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with product, growth, and engineering to ship every week, not every quarter

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $135,000 - $350,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
