The Core Finance ProductManager will work in the product model and help shape and execute the product strategy and key business objectives (OKRs) for high-value priorities that enable Target's enterprise financial capabilities. This product encompasses the foundational systems within SAP that support general ledger, financial close, consolidation, and treasury operations. The Controllership, Payables, and Treasury organizations are key stakeholders of these products, and strong collaboration across broader Finance, including senior leaders, and cross-enterprise product teams will be essential to aligning and achieving the most important outcomes for these capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering solutions that modernize, automate, and optimize our financial processes through SAP S/4HANA and related platforms. As a Senior ProductManager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for Core Finance. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback, and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or SAP system experience, preferably in a general ledger close and consolidation role

ANC is a dynamic environment and an important supply facility for Amgen's pipeline products. The GMP DSS plant manufactures drug substance for clinical trials and commercial supply through GMP production using both stainless steel and single-use equipment platforms. This NPI team is a key communication and technical interface between the GMP manufacturing operations teams in the plant and Process Development, Drug Substance Technologies & Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities & Engineering, and Quality.
Directly manage a team of NPI leads responsible for introduction of new products and/or advanced technologies into the plant. Includes hiring, training, oversight, performance evaluations, and development.
Proactively assess the NPI team capabilities to meet the evolving drug substance supply needs (ex. resources, platform technical understanding, cross-functional alignment).
Lead team meetings and drive alignment in business processes across the team.
