Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. This position will be responsible for shaping and executing all marketing and communication strategies, including the development of a comprehensive national marketing plan, management of the department budget, and alignment of marketing initiatives with the organizations' broader business goals of expanding membership, event attendance, and philanthropic giving. This is a full-time position located in our Sacramento, California office, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and supervising the Marketing Manager. ORGANIZATIONAL PROFILE SRBX is a 501(c)6 trade association representing the commercial construction industry with nearly 1,100 member companies. It is one of the oldest and largest membership organizations in the Sacramento region. It also is the parent company of the newly formed Southern California Builders Exchange (SoCal BX). CIEF is a 501(c)3 organization working to empower youth to pursue careers in the built environment. In the 2024-2025 school year, CIEF served nearly 15,000 high school students in five states. CIEF operates a chapter model in other states and also has secondary offices in Irvine, California and Dallas, Texas. The joint organizations serve nearly 25,000 people per year at workforce, business development, and networking events, in addition to providing an online plan room, education and safety training, and government advocacy. SRBX and CIEF have 18 full-time employees and seven contract staff.
