Key job responsibilities Sr. Manager, Product Manager - Technical will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap for key technology initiatives across Amazon hiring. This includes the development of internal and candidate facing technologies and experience that ensure a safe and effective way to source, match, evaluate and hire the next generation of Amazonians. This leader will work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions to support the organization's goals to continually improve the quality of hires while minimizing operational cost and time to fill critical roles. You will work with our internal partners (e.g. science and engineering) to make product decisions, and with our external partners (operations center, security, etc) to launch products.
