What You'll Do Lead the development of product-focused content (sales decks, case studies, 1-pagers, blog posts, social media, and white papers) to support the buyer journey across all funnel stages. Translate complex healthcare and AI technology into plainspoken, empathetic messaging that resonates with pharmacy and healthcare teams. Own internal product enablement-develop training materials, host sales trainings, and manage knowledge sharing across GTM teams. Support and scale product launch communications (social media, press, landing pages, customer comms) in partnership with Marketing and Product leadership. Co-lead our webinar calendar with the Head of Marketing, helping craft compelling narratives and slide content to drive interest and action. Partner with Performance Marketing and BDRs to influence targeted product messaging for inclusion in ABM outreach sequences and campaigns. Who You Are 4-7 years of experience in marketing with PMM and/or content marketing experience within a B2B tech or healthtech environment. Healthcare domain knowledge and sales-led growth experience are a major plus. Proven experience writing high-impact product content, positioning, and messaging (from battle cards to landing pages, sales decks to blog posts) with an eye for clarity, voice, and buyer empathy. Keen to build repeatable, well-documented playbooks to elevate our ongoing efforts and build operational efficiencies. Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and partnering closely with GTM teams on training, enablement, and storytelling. Familiarity with marketing in complex, regulated industries. You understand how to connect the dots for buyers navigating nuanced workflows, and have proven examples where you've creatively broken through the noise. A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to prioritize, execute, and ship quality work on deadline. Curious and resourceful when it comes to understanding our buyer.
