Accountabilities within this role
Facilitate effective strategic consultations with clients and prospective clients.
Be a strategic partner to our clients, advising on evidence generation strategy and early study design including but not limited to data source selection.
Take responsibility for managing existing client relationships and routine engagements through strategic consultation on high-level direction of project, message generation, and dissemination of project plans.
Lead RWE and HEOR projects and provide project leadership to a cross-functional team of scientists and consultants.
Understand client needs and objectives to strategically drive Genesis Research Group offerings.
Participate in the new business development process and contribute to revenue expansion by partnering with the Commercial team and contribute to proposal development by conceptualizing the strategic scope of projects.
Mentor and supervise junior team members.
Maintain current knowledge of industry and scientific trends.
Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold the Genesis Research Group culture.
Qualifications
7+ years of consulting experience in RWE/HEOR.
Master's or PhD / PharmD degree within a relevant discipline (e.g., public health, health services research, HEOR or epidemiology).
Experience leading HEOR and RWE research methods, including study design and analysis.
Global and US RWE and HEOR experience preferred.
Experience and desire for supporting business development activities including proposal writing preferred.
Outstanding healthcare/life sciences industry knowledge.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Director, Global Medical Affairs Strategy - Solid Tumors
The Role:
The Genmab pipeline comprises of robust and diverse antibody products in immuno-oncology and beyond. Reporting to the Global Medical Affairs Strategy Lead (MASL) the Director will be responsible for the development and execution of the Global Medical Affairs strategic and tactical plans for the asset(s) for the primary indication as well as new indications to expand into as part of the asset life cycle management. The Director should have a strong background and experience in the field of solid tumors, with proven ability to translate and align commercial and scientific goals and objectives into actions. Director will work as an integral part of the Medical Affairs Strategy Team in close alignment with Global Medical Affairs Strategy Lead and the cross-functional medical affairs cross functional partners, providing input and strategic direction for the program. Director will also support data generation and life cycle management initiatives as well as establish and maintain the relationships with the global thought leaders in support of the programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
Lead annual medical planning for asset(s); Work closely with extended medical affairs functions (global and regional markets) to inform and implement overall medical strategy for designated products and/or therapeutic areas
Lead and execute on engagement strategy with thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, professional societies and institutions
Lead the planning and execution of Early Access Program, and investigator initiated trials program, within appropriate standards for compliance, quality, timeliness, and budget - in alignment with MASL
Contribute and execute on the life cycle management of the asset (s)
Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. commercial, field/regional, medical information/communication, HEOR) to provide support, medical review, and medical expertise advice as required
Collaborate with medical and clinical operations departments to coordinate the planning, execution, and management of clinical trial activities across medical affairs functions
Contribute to effective publication planning to ensure consistent and meaningful scientific communication
Contribute to the development of internal guidance and process/resource documents
Contribute to development and review of regulatory documents for regulatory submissions
Serve as medical reviewer and expert on promotional and medical review committees
Inform development of strategies to demonstrate the value of disease/products with focus on payer and clinical decision-maker outcomes

Requirements:

Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry experience, with strong understanding of solid tumor drug development and medical affairs function

Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, the Senior Director of Coding & Revenue Integrity serves as a strategic leader overseeing all medical coding, charge capture, and revenue integrity functions within the department, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely medical coding aligned with institutional policies and payer guidelines. Operations

* Assist in developing a training curriculum for coding and documentation with relevant stakeholders.
* Serves as a Revenue Cycle lead and subject matter expert. Works closely with Epic enterprise, Compliance Office, Departments, vendors, and other stakeholders for optimal integration, achievement of service level agreements, and alignment with target key performance indicators.
* Conducts periodic evaluation of workflows, identifies issues, and develops strategies for corrective measures and strategic adjustments, as necessary.
* Stays at the forefront of industry changes, maintaining expertise in regulations and trends impacting revenue cycle management. Conduct environmental scans to identify potential gaps in current processes and develop strategic proposals for senior leadership. * Determines key performance indicators and implements performance improvement initiatives, as needed. Continuously seeks and implements operational improvements. * Works with senior leadership to develop project scope and deliverables. Manages project in multi-level capacity, including but not limited to creating long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, delegating tasks, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals, and communicating with senior leadership on progress and deliverables.
* Represents ColumbiaDoctors as coding representative between NYP, departments, and CRO to ensure efficient workflows around management of coding, charge capture, and documentation review processes.
People
* Partners with the Human Resources team (Central HR, FPO HR, and Service Corp) to develop HR strategy for the unit and engages the management team to execute the strategy. Clarifies roles and responsibilities of team members; ensures that necessary steering, review, and support functions are in place. Ensures that the purpose and importance of the team are clarified (e.g., team has a clear charter or mission statement); guides the team in setting specific and measurable short- and long-term goals.
* Establishes a culture of coaching and mentoring to facilitate continuous professional development. Works with the management team to identify and mitigate any roadblocks to performance, evaluate the effectiveness of development. Works with Central HR or other resources to set objectives and/or develop remediation/action plans.
* Oversees execution of HR strategy and transactions: Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruitment & Retention, Succession Planning, Professional Development, and Employee Engagement. Works with the management team to ensure timely submission of HR deliverables.
* Under the direction of central HR, ensures compliance with Columbia's and departmental policies and procedures with Human Resources.
* Identify and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members that expand their expertise and network, including but not limited to training, workshops, and special revenue cycle projects.
Compliance
* Ensure full compliance with applicable HIPAA, Billing Compliance, and other pertinent regulations, setting a standard for adherence within the Clinical Revenue Office, and foster a culture of compliance across all revenue cycle operations.
* Works closely with Billing Compliance to ensure that all coding initiatives, ducation and coding projects are following the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid as well as the New York State Office of Medicaid Inspector General regulations.
* Inform the Clinical Compliance working group of ongoing coding initiatives.
* Leads committees, task force, and work groups focused on compliance and operational integrity, driving cross-departmental collaboration to address complex regulatory challenge and negotiating cycle practices meet the highest standards of ethical and legal requirements.
* Implement an internal audit program to proactively identify compliance risks and remediate issues.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are seeking a seasoned and insightful people leader to establish and spearhead our Product Marketing Operations and Competitive Intelligence function, reporting directly to the VP, Product Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team, driving both major and minor product launches, cultivating robust competitive intelligence, and consistently reporting on progress across all initiatives.
Specifically, evolve, establish and execute product marketing programs and operations related to GTM readiness, to include:
+ **Product Launch process** - Establish, document and maintain product market launch framework, operating model and launch calendar that aligns with development and the field.
+ **Product Launch management** - organize and execute critical product launches, driving the planning and execution of launch activities, events/webinars and ensuring alignment and readiness across all marketing work streams, while coordinating overall readiness with development and field teams.
+ **Competitive Intelligence** - manage a team that builds and runs a competitive intel program that serves as the internal authority on competitive dynamics, equipping sales teams with sharp differentiation, timely insights and effective strategies to win.
+ **Repeatable sales plays** - partner with PMMs, Field, and Enablement stakeholders to define, build and deliver repeatable sales motions to drive annual operating targets (pipeline, billings, net-new logos).
+ **PMM Planning and Coordination** - organize and drive quarterly and yearly planning and operating plans for product marketing, including reporting results to key stakeholders; organize and drive PMM all-hands and leadership meetings and related presentations.
+ **Standards, Best Practices and Consistency** - drives the establishment of consistent templates, frameworks, and constructs for use across the team.
+ **Portfolio-level content and enablement** - drive the planning, delivery and quality of content for any cross-product activity, such as launch content, major event session tracks, and product marketing related enablement programs for sales revenue achievement.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, market research, or a related field.
+ 5+ years' experience leading a marketing function, or similar, used to managing multiple projects at one time within established timelines.
+ Proficient in planning and project management skills.
+ Ability to handle individual contributor and detail-oriented responsibilities in addition to people management responsibilities such as guiding, performance managing and mentoring a team.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, translating complex data into actionable insights.
+ Delivers results efficiently with a high sense of urgency when applicable.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to build strong partnerships at all levels of leadership and manage by influence.
+ Seamlessly negotiates and manages conflict.

The base salary range for this position is 180,000 - 304,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
