We're seeking a Digital Assets Director to serve as a subject-matter expert and to lead the team directly/indirectly responsible for the development and maintenance of innovative cryptocurrency transaction monitoring and trade surveillance solutions. In this 100% crypto-focused role you will partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Intelligence and Compliance professionals to oversee the buildout, management, and improvement of Fidelity's blockchain forensics and trade surveillance capabilities. The role will have broad exposure to senior leaders in Fidelity Digital Assets (‘FDA'), Legal, Risk and Compliance functions. Responsibilities of this role:
Drive digital assets model development and enhancement initiatives.
Support crypto related new business initiatives from a blockchain analytics and on-chain compliance perspective.
Partner with Business Unit Technology functions to support development work relative to digital asset surveillance programs.
Manage a small but growing team of digital asset/business intelligence professionals to execute on the Models & Analytics Team's strategic vision.
Serve as a subject matter authority on blockchain forensics and cryptocurrency investigations, industry trends and standards.
Manage digital asset vendor relationship(s), participate in annual vendor oversight responsibilities and influence product roadmaps to maximize value from the relationships.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Financial Crimes Compliance team and those across Risk, Tech, and Business functions.
Present to senior leaders on cryptocurrency compliance trends, risks and impacts to the Financial Crimes Compliance program.
Support presentations to federal and state regulators on surveillance models and controls during annual exams and new product approval efforts.
Continually increase your knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital asset landscape, always cognizant of technical and regulatory developments, and alert to emerging risks.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Prior AML/Fraud advisory, surveillance, or investigative experience.
Prior financial crimes model development and/or maintenance experience.
Deep knowledge of the digital asset ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, decentralized finance (bridging/swapping/minting/burning), and more.
Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in addition to direct reports with their own projects. Experience with project planning, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring and maintaining model performance.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager - Consulting (PBM Product Strategy & Transformation) who combines deep domain expertise in the PBM ecosystem with strong experience in digital product strategy, data modernization, and AI-enabled transformation.
This role is ideal for a strategic consultant or product leader who has partnered with PBMs or payer pharmacy divisions to build digital platforms, modernize benefit operations, and drive AI-powered clinical and financial outcomes.
You will act as both a strategic advisor and product strategist, working with client executives to define transformation roadmaps, lead product discovery, and shape scalable, data-driven solutions across the PBM value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Define product and digital transformation strategies across the PBM lifecycle - from formulary design and claims processing to clinical programs, member engagement, and network optimization.
Lead consulting and product strategy engagements focused on:
AI-driven formulary and benefit optimization
Digital prior authorization and utilization management
Pharmacy network and reimbursement optimization
Member affordability, adherence, and savings programs
Interoperable data and analytics platforms for PBM operations and reporting
Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational complexities into product architectures, platform blueprints, and MVP roadmaps.
Collaborate with Brillio's AI Foundry, Data Engineering, and Product teams to design AI-first PBM solutions that are compliant, explainable, and value-driven.
Partner with client product, IT, and clinical operations teams to launch and scale digital products with measurable ROI.
Define KPIs and business value frameworks to track adoption, outcomes, and financial impact.
Contribute to Brillio's PBM IP and accelerator portfolio, co-developing assets such as benefit simulation engines, AI adjudication models, or affordability dashboards.
Build and mentor a cross-functional team of consultants, product managers, and domain specialists delivering PBM transformation programs.
Support practice growth and go-to-market efforts, contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client solutioning.
Required Experience
10-12 years of consulting, product strategy, or transformation experience, with a strong focus on Healthcare Payers and PBMs.
Deep understanding of PBM operations and value chain, including formulary management, claims adjudication, rebate management, benefit design, specialty pharmacy integration, and regulatory compliance.
Proven success in defining or managing digital product portfolios or transformation programs within PBM or payer environments.
Experience leveraging AI/ML and advanced analytics in use cases such as cost optimization, adherence prediction, fraud/waste/abuse, or patient affordability.
Strong background in product strategy and agile delivery - translating business needs into platform requirements and MVPs.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and data standards (NCPDP, FHIR, HL7).
Consulting experience with top-tier or healthcare-specialized firms preferred.
Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Engineering.
Prior experience with leading PBMs or payer pharmacy divisions (e.g., CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, OptumRx, Navitus, Prime Therapeutics, MedImpact, etc.).
Understanding of rebate and contracting analytics, 340B program impact, and regulatory frameworks (CMS, ERISA, state pharmacy mandates).
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional product innovation involving clinical, financial, and technology teams.
Track record of contributing to practice or IP growth within a consulting or digital organization.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading new, large-scale, product development initiatives for the 529 Government Savings division. This position will oversee new product initiatives end to end, working closely with Development, UX, Finance, Relationship Management, Clients, Operations and Marketing. This position requires experience with holding voice of the customer (VOC) sessions, setting product strategy, business case development, Agile product development methodologies including launching MVPs and continued refinement of services, go to market planning, project execution, client enablement and hitting financial growth targets.

* Strong communication skills, particularly as it relates to new product content and presenting to clients
* Experience with leading digital / multi-channel product development initiatives
* Proficient in core desktop professional software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
* Experience with AI requirement & development practices as well as embedding AI in client facing features
