At least one specialty product launch experience within the past several years. Hands-on experience with promotional review processes, tactical development, and agency management. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable working within lean teams or evolving organizations. Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including some international travel.
