What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of experience in product development within contemporary or luxury RTW. Deep technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and specialty finishes. Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; able to set vision and guide teams. Strong editing and assortment-planning instincts.
