Demonstrated interface between the Development Team and the key stakeholders in Product and the Business. Proven ability to deal with conflict and the aptitude to resolve conflict with minimal escalation. Understanding of when a conflict must be effectively escalated in order to gain quick resolution. Demonstrated ability to establish credibility as a subject matter expert. 3-5 years of experience in software development and delivery.
