Proven experience mentoring and managing high-performing product marketers; able to inspire, challenge, and elevate seasoned talent. 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience. Experience in professional services channels (salon, stylist, or education) is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven expertise in global innovation, claims development, and product storytelling rooted in consumer and market insights. Ability to synthesize data, insights, and creative vision into a compelling strategy-and confidently guide a cross-functional team toward execution.
