The Sr. Product Manager collaborates with the Product Development team in conveying a clear product vision to our customers, internal stakeholders, scrum teams and sales. Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in Product Management, Healthcare Operations and / or Integration
3+ years of experience with a Medicare Advantage Plan, Medicaid or ACA plan; Retrieval experience preferred
3+ years of experience with medical records, retrieval and member/provider data sets
Experience with a health plan, hospital system or vendor to health plans as well as operations workflow platforms, portals, cloud technologies, analytics, intelligent document processing (IDP) and integration/interoperability
Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment and possesses knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle
Experience performing competitive analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends
Experience working with multiple teams / stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Then we're surprised you've made it out of your doom scroll spiral to find us, but glad you did!! We're looking for a creative to ideate and manage socials, content, brand assets, and brand strategy across our digital and physical marketing channels. This role will oversee things like social strategy and execution, partnership, seeding, and larger campaigns, with the opportunity to build and manage our creative team over time. We're looking for someone who's a strong copywriter (you seriously need to know how to write), understands the internet (?), is diabolically / scathingly funny, and can manage creative output from concept to execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand marketing & strategy: Own and manage the full marketing calendar alongside the CEO, ensuring all campaigns, launches, and brand moments are organized and executed. Collaborate with creative team and external partners to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. Support product launches and seasonal moments with cohesive brand voice. Build, manage, and grow a team of internal and external creatives (content creators, graphic designers, community managers. photographers, PR) to support strategy at scale Oversee the direction and management of brand assets, working closely with contractors and internal creative teams to keep everything aligned with brand guidelines (e.g. website, packaging, etc).
Social & content: Oversee the social media calendar and daily posting. Manage our community socials (comments, DMs, trolling). Concept and produce static content that speaks to our brand voice (with help from broader creative team). Capture regular content of our brand activations, campaigns, etc. Manage and ideate around photo and video shoots.
Partnership & collaborations: Manage relationships with influential people who align with our brand (e.g. creators, athletes, musicians, etc). Develop and execute product seeding strategy at scale. Creatively execute high-impact brand partnerships (e.g. other brands, festivals, venues, stadiums, etc). When appropriate, represent the brand at key events and moments to grow awareness.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience in a related role (brand experience, ad agency, social media, content creation, partnerships. Idk, you could've done so much stuff that's relevant.)
A natural tone of voice for the brand (diabolical and like actually funny. You will be asked for your best joke in the interview. Be prepared)
Expert-level understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (obviously).
You've actually executed socials, not just “strategized”
Excellent copy skills (you can apply writing across digital channels like TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, but again, you're unfiltered and unhinged. Seriously. We'd prefer you to not really GAF, strategically)
Previous management experience is a plus (this role will eventually build out a creative team).
