Position Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Program Leadership

Job Overview:
LuxWall is seeking a Director of ProductMarketing to own channel-led demand generation, sales enablement, and product positioning across our channels, which span commercial glazing, aluminum window OEMs, and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and channel execution, with direct accountability for driving partner enablement and revenue outcomes through Value Added Resellers (VARs) and OEMs.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring LuxWall's products across glass-only retrofits, aluminum window systems, and other channels are clearly positioned, properly priced, and effectively activated through our partners to drive specification, quoting activity, and installed volume. The role is highly cross-functional and externally facing, working closely with Marketing, Channel Development, Sales, and R&D to translate technical innovation into repeatable, revenue-producing programs. This role will be accountable to a revenue target.
Position Responsibilities:
Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Demand Generation and Sales Enablement
Own channel-driven demand generation and sales enablement strategy in partnership with the VP of Channel Development, with direct accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
Develop and maintain scalable sales enablement and demand assets including partner toolkits, pitch decks, battlecards, application guides, calculator tools, case studies, and technical comparisons that support pipeline creation, conversion, and installed volume
Support partner training, activation, and co-branding programs to ensure consistent positioning, commercial readiness, and execution across quoting, specification, value engineering, and installation
Define, track, and optimize channel performance KPIs including pipeline creation, win rates, installed volume, and revenue contribution
Aluminum Commercial Window Channel Development

Develop and execute go-to-market programs for shop-built aluminum window fabricators and OEMs including segmentation, messaging, application guidance, and partner enablement

Revenue Cycle Manager
Schedule: Exempt, 32 hours/week with potential to increase to 40 hours/week
Lead a high-performing revenue cycle team while ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant billing and collections across Brio Living Services' communities.

What you'll do:
As the Revenue Cycle Manager, you will oversee and optimize all revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and reporting. You'll lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize billing, collections, payment posting, and reporting
Monitor KPIs, resolve past-due accounts, and drive process improvements
Develop policies, workflows, and best practices to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Oversee system usage (including PCC/Inovalon) and leverage data for strategic decisions
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the revenue cycle team
Maintain compliance with regulations and facilitate ongoing staff training
Foster strong collaboration and customer service across internal teams
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive billing or revenue cycle experience (preferred)
4+ years of supervisory or management experience (required)
Healthcare revenue cycle experience required (SNF, Home Health, or Hospice)
PointClickCare experience strongly preferred; Inovalon experience a plus
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work a hybrid schedule with presence at Grand Rapids or Chelsea as needed

What You'll Do
Learn the Product Lifecycle (By Actually Doing It)

Collaborate Across the Company
Work daily with global manufacturing partners on samples, materials, timelines, and status updates.

Team with Sales to build product sell sheets, merchandising concepts, and coordinate samples.
Build Real Product Artifacts
Assist in developing packaging, instruction manuals, user-facing materials, and product collateral.
