Mevrometostat is an innovative therapy in late‑stage development, currently being evaluated in combination with enzalutamide for the treatment of metastatic Castration‑Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) and metastatic Castration‑Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC). This launch represents a pivotal opportunity to further expand Pfizer leadership in Prostate Cancer. This role will be responsible for spearheading the US launch of Mevrometostat, ensuring robust launch readiness and driving a successful market introduction by leading the Mevrometostat US launch asset team and overseeing the strategic development and execution of HCP strategies and initiatives. Close collaboration with Global Marketing and US cross‑functional partners is essential for developing and executing the US go‑to‑market launch strategy. The position demands launch experience, strong strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, sound decision‑making skills, and a proven track record of success in a team‑based environment while managing multiple, competing priorities. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Develop & execute the US go‑to‑market strategy and implementation plan in close collaboration with US Cross‑Functional Team and Global Marketing. Lead the development of all US launch readiness frameworks defined by launch excellence. Develop KPIs for key tactics that will drive launch performance and optimization. Lead US marketing efforts in development of best‑in‑class HCP strategies, messaging, and tactics that strategically position Mevrometostat to win on behalf of patients, in a highly competitive market. Lead annual Operating Plan and LRF. Lead development and execution of US External Stakeholder Engagement, Congress, & Peer‑to‑Peer (P2P) strategy and implementation plan. Monitor competitive landscape and develop communications and action plans as needed. Manage various US vendor relationships, work processes, and expenses to meet business objectives. Provide oversight of Mevrometostat Review Committee. Conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with Company policies, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines. This role is responsible for managing the preparation and filing of all external financial reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), and leading the Company's revenue accounting and recognition process. The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Company's financial disclosures as a large accelerated filer. In addition to overseeing SEC reporting, this individual will review customer contracts, write revenue memos, and drive process improvements across revenue accounting and operations. This position reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and works closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors, providing key technical accounting expertise and supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes, internal controls, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public company reporting requirements, technical accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and a proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. How you will make an impact: Own the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Lead the drafting and review of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and technical precision. Oversee revenue recognition processes, including contract review, identification of performance obligations, variable consideration analysis, and appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606. Prepare and review technical accounting memos related to revenue recognition and other complex accounting matters. Partner with Operations and Sales to streamline revenue-related processes, improve contract flow, and enhance automation and internal controls. Perform and review monthly close and reporting activities, including the calculation and analysis of earnings per share (EPS) and review of revenue journal entries. Coordinate the preparation of supporting workpapers for quarterly and annual SEC filings by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information required for disclosures. Liaison with external auditors, as needed, to provide required documentation and respond to inquiries related to quarterly reviews, annual audits, and internal controls testing. Develop and manage the quarterly SEC reporting calendar, including key milestones, deliverables, and team assignments to ensure timely execution of all reporting activities. Partner closely with the Investor Relations team to support the preparation and review of quarterly earnings materials, ensuring alignment with SEC disclosures and corporate messaging. Support the preparation of annual statutory financial statements by coordinating with external consultants and internal teams to compile required schedules and supporting documentation. Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting standards and SEC rule changes, develop implementation plans and coordinate with business units to ensure timely adoption and compliance. Support SOX compliance efforts, including maintaining and enhancing documentation for policies, procedures, and internal controls related to external financial reporting. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation within the financial reporting function. Maintain and continuously update the related accounting policies to reflect current standards and best practices. Coach and mentor team members on SEC reporting requirements, revenue accounting principles, disclosure best practices, and the effective use of reporting tools and systems. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed.to support management decision-making and special projects.
