We're growing fast and are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
with a strong growth mindset. You've shipped real product that drives both business value and user engagement. You know what it's like to go deep with engineers and build in partnership with design, all while obsessing over metrics that matter. You understand enterprise software - but more importantly, enterprise consumer software - where the end user and the buyer aren't the same, stakeholder management is half the game, and creating sustainable growth loops is what separates good products from great ones.
If you're strategic, execution-obsessed, deeply curious about customer problems, and have a passion for building product flywheels that drive organic adoption and retention, we want to meet you.
The Role: Senior Product Manager
We're growing fast and are looking for a driven, collaborative Senior Product Manager with growth expertise who's passionate about shaping the future of enterprise HR and benefits intelligence through thoughtful AI integration. This is a unique opportunity to help build the first truly AI-native products in a space that's ripe for innovation, while developing engagement strategies that drive meaningful adoption and usage. As part of our fast-moving, collaborative team, your talents and expertise will help shape products that not only transform how employers and employees interact with benefits, but also create self-reinforcing loops that encourage sustained engagement and value realization.
The role combines the challenge of building truly innovative solutions with the fulfillment of addressing real customer needs and driving measurable growth. You'll work across the company to translate insights into valuable features while thoughtfully designing product experiences that convert, engage, and retain users. This position is ideal for someone who values both creativity and execution, thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and brings a data-informed approach to product development.
What You'll Do
Ship meaningful work, fast. You're not bogged down by process for process's sake. You know when to write a PRD, and when to just have a conversation or a whiteboard session. You're pragmatic, collaborative, and love winning as a team.
Drive real outcomes. You'll work tightly with engineering, design, and go-to-market to deliver product features that drive business goals, delight customers, increase engagement, and keep end users coming back.
Design for growth. You'll identify opportunities to build product flywheels and growth loops that reduce friction, accelerate adoption, and create habitual usage patterns.
Be data-driven. You'll define and track key engagement metrics, analyze user behavior patterns, and use these insights to inform product decisions that improve activation, retention, and expansion.
Be a voice of the customer. You'll talk to users and stakeholders weekly, dive into the data to find trends and opportunities, and deeply understand the ways in which our product is working for them - and how it's not.
Champion our culture. You'll help shape how we build, collaborate, and scale - not just the product, but the company.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated success shipping products in a fast-paced environment
Experience building B2B SaaS products with consumer-like expectations, and implementing strategies for driving end-user engagement and adoption
Strong track record of using data to inform product decisions and measure impact

At 1-800Accountant, we're redefining how small businesses experience accounting - and we're looking for someone to lead and scale our eCommerce engine.
This is not your typical marketing role. You will own the entire eCommerce strategy - from product and digital storefronts to content, pricing, performance, and the funnel experience. This role is for a strategic thinker, a hands-on doer, and a relentless optimizer.
We're looking for someone with startup grit and a “never say die” attitude - someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not a blocker. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, build something new, and experiment until you find what works.
If you're excited about building a portfolio of digital products, growing new customer segments, and driving revenue through sharp execution and insight, we want to talk.
*Please note this is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days minimum in our Seattle office (We do not offer relocation assistance at this time)
About Us
At 1-800Accountant, we believe in using business as a force for good. We are defining a new accounting services model to help business owners navigate the new economy. We combine technology with a dedicated accountant to serve the needs of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and small businesses by providing extraordinary service at an affordable price. Our team helps business owners focus on the passion they have for their business while helping them with their finances, creating a collaborative effort to help their business thrive.
What does the Job Entail?
Own the eCommerce P&L: You'll be the mini-CEO of our eCommerce business, responsible for revenue, growth, and experience.
Build & scale a network of microsites tied to specific forms, industries, and services.
Lead product strategy: Naming, pricing, and positioning our services to be easy to understand, buy, and fulfill online.
Drive content and conversion: Optimize messaging, UX, site flows, email journeys, and CTAs to improve engagement and sales.
Fuel growth through performance marketing: Partner with digital marketers to run data-driven campaigns and iterate fast.
Create a testing engine: Establish a culture of experimentation, testing everything from landing page layouts to upsell offers.
Obsess over the data: Track KPIs, build dashboards, analyze behavior, and use insights to inform every decision.
Lead with influence: Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the eCommerce vision to life.
Who you are:
A builder. You've built or scaled eCommerce programs before - and loved the chaos that comes with it.
An owner. You take full accountability for outcomes and push through obstacles.
A doer. You love getting into the weeds, solving problems in real-time, and working lean.
A strategist. You know how to develop a roadmap that drives business goals - and how to execute it.
A data storyteller. You speak the language of GA, PowerBI, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
A team player. You work well with marketers, product people, and engineers alike.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, product marketing, or digital growth roles.
Experience launching and scaling digital storefronts or services (bonus if SaaS or service-based).
Familiarity with digital marketing/eCommerce tech like Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
Strong content marketing skills with a focus on conversion and clarity.
Proven success in performance marketing and funnel optimization.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and lead without authority.
Clear communicator with strong project management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity, scrappiness, and working in a test-and-learn environment.
Compensation:
$120,000 to $130,000 plus bonus
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, Dependent Care
401K with employer match
Work with the country's largest virtual accounting firm
