A natural communicator, you will collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and form a high level of rapport with internal and external stakeholders. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develops, plans and leads the execution of global marketing strategy and experiences to promote Citrix targeting both partner ecosystem audiences and targeted end customers, using modern marketing capabilities + Responsible for the full marketing mix: to recruit, enable, and grow IT partners and develop net new business through global demand generation programs targeting end customers + Liaise with global and regional marketing teams and stakeholders to build synergies and work collaboratively. + Monitor global campaign KPIs and results in line with business expectation, responsible for regular communication of results to global stakeholders. + Uses advanced understanding of Citrix go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging and target audiences/personas to create high-impact marketing campaigns that generate sales ready leads from suitable buyers. + Owns global Citrix marketing budget to deliver ROI against marketing plans, through effective marketing execution, leveraging Arrow ECS Performance Marketing Team. + Analyzes and articulates campaign effectiveness and metrics to Arrow, including but not limited to MQLs, Pipeline Value and Estimated Revenue. Proposes creative ideas to maximize the impact of campaigns and drive growth. + Manages and governs regional marketing campaign budget requests. This Position reports to: Global Category Manager The role of AMC Category Manager in the America and Canada Regions is responsible to support the regional/global sourcing initiatives focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers under the leadership of the Global Category Manager EMS & Electronics or independently if under a defined threshold. Ensure execution in accordance with Company, Procurement and Supply Base Management instructions and procedures The work model for the role is: Hybrid with on-site location in Houston, TX, Bartlesville, OK or Quebec #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: * Define, plan and lead regional sourcing strategies execution in alignment with the global EMS category strategy, delivering on cost reduction, localization, dual/resourcing initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with SCM, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations. * Own supplier relationship management (SRM) and Risk Management: Lead SRM efforts with the EMS vendors to drive performance, continuous improvement, and innovation; proactively manage risk by executing mid- and long-term mitigation plans, addressing component shortages, and geopolitical and regulatory impacts. * Plan and Lead Negotiations & Commercial Excellence: Manage complex negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), including pricing, cost avoidance, payment terms, lead times, and service levels - ensuring commercial competitiveness and contract compliance. * Drive Financial Planning & Category Performance: Lead budgeting and forecasting for EMS spend, including NMI baseline accountability, and report on savings, supplier development, and performance KPIs in collaboration with the regional stakeholders as part of a disciplined performance management cadence. Qualifications for the role * A Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (preferred Electronics, electrical or related field), Production/Operations management, Supply Chain * 8+ years years of experience in a similar position (experience in a production company will be an asset) or in in sourcing and supply chain management, working as category buyer, category responsible for EMS, Electronics, Electrical Mechanical Devices companies of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain - with at least 3 years focused on EMS or Electronics in a regional or global scope and in Category management. * Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Silicon Expert, IHS Market Software and familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., USMCA, RoHS, ITAR). * Strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to collaborate cross-functionally across regions and time zones. * Bias for action and ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in managing supplier escalations and disruptions * Fluent in English, written and oral. * Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
