As part of a company's data and digital transformation, multiple ERP systems will migrate into a single SAP S/4 HANA system, along with their data and processes. This capabilities product owner position will be responsible for working with business stakeholders from all supply chain areas-Plan, Source, Deliver, Warehouse, Quality, etc.-to verify requirements and coordinate internal activities for dashboard builds. This includes helping with intake and report rationalization processes, attending scrum calls, managing the product backlog, working with BAs to create user stories, and updating existing data models with new ERP data. The role involves communicating with business SMEs, partnering with data asset BAs and the reporting development team for report build and deployment. Responsibilities may also include mapping the target design with source tables, data ingestion validation, data curation strategy, and target table updates. The Product Owner will maintain the Jira format and board as per requirements and help create Jira stories for the development team, interacting with business/project teams for requirements clarification.
Key Responsibilities
Business:
Deeply understand business goals and strategies, as well as operational context and processes.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of business stakeholders. Work with business SMEs to document business user requirements.
Maintain Jira themes, epics, and user stories, manage scrum calls, and prioritize the backlog.
Provide regular, timely, transparent communication on progress to capabilities teams.
Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs.
Work closely with data asset and employee experience teams for report builds.
Technical:
Identify requirements and business functionality and KPIs, identify source and target tables.
Perform a high-level analysis of the reports to be built, maintain design documentation and user stories.
Responsible for identifying and curating data assets for ERP reporting.
Check if these entities are available in the digital core.
Sometimes the entities might be available but not curated or lacking necessary columns.
At times, the entity might have to be curated as a new data asset.
Provide documentation of the curation requirements, possibly with support from Business Analysts/Developers.
Work with data asset teams to model the data requirements into existing/new data assets.
Work with Business Owners for UAT.
Perform ad hoc analysis for capabilities as needed.
Qualifications
Business Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of business experience with at least 2 years of Supply Chain, IT, or other relevant functional experience required.
Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, and collaboration skills are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices is required.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required.
Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.

Technical Skills:

Savette is born from Amy's mother's maiden name. Amy approaches the design process with the intention of only creating bags she feels are necessary and unique to the brand, adding to a highly edited collection of styles.
The Role
The Merchandising and Planning Consultant will advise on product offerings and collection structure, working cross-functionally with Design and Development to build optimal assortments to fuel growth. The role will also be responsible for optimizing inventory positions for Savette's ecommerce channel, creating accurate and timely demand forecasts, and partnering with the ecommerce team to produce regular sales reporting with key takeaways.
Responsibilities
Perform competitive research focused on handbags and SLGs at the luxury and emerging luxury levels
Develop product matrices to ensure key styles and price points are represented, with an eye towards strategic growth
Advise Design and Development on recommended product offerings and collection structure, at both a seasonal and core level
Develop and maintain demand forecasts for all products available on Savette.com
Propose seasonal DTC buy, four times per year based on projections and goals
Review SKU inventory position and collaborate with Production to address additional off-season or core stock requirements
Partner with ecommerce to produce weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximize inventory productivity, and assessing key takeaways to be implemented in future assortments
Oversee the DTC channel P&L; partner with Finance on budget, planning and forecasting
Strong collaboration and communication with Wholesale Sales team to build, differentiate and align Wholesale and DTC strategies
Key Qualifications
5 years experience in DTC planning for a luxury apparel or accessories brand
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
A broad understanding of digital marketing strategies and consumer behaviors as it pertains to DTC businesses
A strong sense of ownership and drive, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Agile, with an ability to adapt and adjust to shifting priorities
Exceptional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams
