The Product Quality manager is responsible for leading the design quality and field quality teams to ensure that we have the right metrics, the right processes, and the right team to ensure that Zoox L3 & L5 vehicles are designed and built to meet quality expectations.

About the Role

This role will report to the Director, of Product Quality on the Medical Affairs team.

As a Manager, Product Quality, you will work on the Product Quality team assisting with the maintenance of a Quality Management System that complies with Federal and State regulations. In this role, you will help manage Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes across Ro's products (Medical Devices, OTCs, Supplements, Compounding Pharmacies). You will partner closely with your Product Quality peers along with the subject matter experts (SMEs) across the organization to help draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other necessary controlled documents. You will also help manage employee training, ensuring each team has the necessary training logs for new and existing personnel. This role will also be responsible for the management of quality processes including CAPAs, Deviations, and Audits.

Who are you? You have a strong familiarity with best quality practices, and regulatory compliance related to Quality Systems and audits. You're knowledgeable, think big and you're able to drive quality with focus, communicating the “why” behind quality effectively in a cross-functional environment.
