Job Description

Job Summary:

The Product Manager will serve as a liaison between the business, IT and external vendors on projects and initiatives. The Product Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects and initiatives from initiation to implementation. The Product Manager will be working closely with IT during the project lifecycle to provide support and will manage non-IT related tasks of those projects. The Product Manager will perform analysis into key business processes to determine opportunities for optimization and improved customer experience.

Job Duties:

Responsible for documenting detailed project needs and requirements and partnering with IT and/or vendors on the execution of projects through the project lifecycle. Documents and analyzes business processes and offers solutions and/or recommendations for improvement(s) to the appropriate leaders. Develops and maintains a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer experience and business priorities. Tracks progress against milestones and prepares detailed status reports of projects and initiatives Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders Resolves project issues and roadblocks to mitigate risks and delays. Escalates when appropriate Other duties as assigned



Education and Work Experience:



College degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree Six (6) plus years of experience; in consumer auto finance preferred.
