1. Minimum AA degree in Electrical Technologies, formal PMEL, or equivalent.
2. Must be able to perform mathematical computations related to specification and measurement analysis.
3. Minimum four years of electronic repair and calibration education and experience.
4. Strong knowledge of electronic circuit theory and advanced soldering skills.
5. Familiar with general calibration and repair laboratory workstations.
6. Must have great interpersonal and customer service skills.
7. Strong attention to details.
8. Must possess good written, oral, and documentation skills.
9. Must be a self-motivator, work as a team player, and follow written procedures.
10. Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

POSITION SUMMARY

This individual will be responsible for inspecting final products and performing quality control evaluations to confirm items meet established standards. They will also perform routine maintenance and repairs as well as ensuring the facility maintains a safe and healthy work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PRODUCTION - Collaborate with Production Manager and Production Lead to coordinate department personnel and direct daily tasks and objectives to ensure project deadlines are met. Participate with department team in mechanical and electrical product assembly & testing of production products including filtration, consumption monitoring & related systems. Operate and maintain any machinery and tools and report any issues to the manager.
TRAINING - Work with Manager and Training staff to train new employees in production processes and equipment. Ensure new and existing safety procedures are effectively implemented and followed at all times.
PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT - Interface with Production Manager and Production Lead to develop production requirements and procedures for new products and product modifications. Communicate with the manager about production challenges and make any suitable recommendations.
PRODUCTION QUALITY - Responsible for implementation of product quality control procedures and production processes to ensure quality objectives. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with Production and Engineering departments to ensure quality objectives and corrective actions are implemented and maintained.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $210,000 - $275,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.

The Acuity Brands ABL Tech Leadership Program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience. LPs rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency. Upon graduation from the Leadership Program, participants understand how they fit into the larger company strategy and have the necessary skills to develop into a future leader at Acuity Brands.
**This role starts employment on January 13, 2025 and works remotely from the United States.**
LPs also participate in personal growth activities to enhance business acumen, including:
* Specialized onboarding for all participants to ensure integration into the organization and program.
* One-on-one mentorship from an ABL Tech leader for the duration of the program (and beyond).
* Social and networking events to forge connections with peers and leaders across the business.
* Frequent opportunities to collaborate with program peers to learn about various business processes and initiatives.
* Leadership report-out meetings to share rotational learnings and performance reviews to identify strengths and areas for growth.

ABL Tech Data and Product LP Specialists rotate within functional areas, combining individual interests with current business needs to explore areas including:

****Qualifications****
