Our client is a leading healthcare organization looking to bring on an Infor Finance ERP Analyst onto their team. This individual will work alongside the ERP team to manage & configure the Finance module of their Infor ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the Infor Finance module.
Deliver technical support to end users by resolving system-related issues and ensuring a positive user experience.
Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and align with established workflows.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize ERP features and integrate third-party applications.
Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and Inventory to analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through ERP solutions.
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and streamline business operations.
Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive manuals and guides for ERP usage.
Maintain detailed documentation of system updates, configurations, and procedures for future reference.

Requirements:
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3+ years of experience configuring the Infor Finance module.

Summary
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to play a key leadership role in scaling our accounting function during a period of rapid growth and organizational transformation. This position will oversee core day to day accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and help build scalable processes that support our usage-based SaaS revenue model.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and process improvement skills. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the accounting infrastructure of a high-growth technology company while mentoring a developing team.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting analyses.
Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
Manage the implementation and optimization of NetSuite (and related system integrations) to drive automation and efficiency.
Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ongoing compliance of technical accounting standards, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 350, ASC 340-40, ASC 718 and ASC 326.
Draft technical accounting memos documenting our polices, significant judgments, and conclusions.
Oversee quarterly and annual tax compliance including federal, state, and local filings.
Collaborate on international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment analysis as we expand globally.
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Lead and mentor accounting members through a period of organizational change, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. Cross-train team members to build depth and coverage across all accounting functions.
Prepare audit-ready workpapers and serve as key point of contact in external audits.
Partner with leadership to enhance forecasting, cash management, and strategic financial initiatives.
Help drive the evolution of accounting systems and processes to support rapid growth and increased transaction volume.
Lead or support special projects, including implementation of process automations and AI tools to scale operations efficiently.
Build scalable processes and controls that support audit readiness and future SOX compliance.
What We're Looking For
7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role
CPA required; Big 4 public accounting experience required
Experience in SaaS or usage-based revenue model required
Deep understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles
Strong technical accounting research and writing skills-you can draft a clear, well-supported memo
Experience with high-growth environments and building scalable accounting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite required
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation
The estimated pay range for this role is $142,000 - $210,000.
This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

About the role
The Securitization Accounting Manager role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all accounting and financial reporting activities related to the company's servicing operations. This includes asset-level cash flow reconciliation, custodial account management, investor reporting support, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. This position serves as the key liaison between Accounting, Servicing, Investment Operations, Treasury, and Capital Markets to ensure data integrity across systems and timely financial close processes.
What you'll do
Manage daily and monthly asset-level reconciliations between servicer reports, custodial bank accounts, and the general ledger.
Record servicing-related journal entries, including cash receipts, remittances, servicing fees, advances, and investor payments.
Partner with Servicing and Treasury to investigate and resolve reconciling items or cash discrepancies.
Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations for custodial, P&I, T&I, and corporate accounts.
Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation for servicing-related accounts, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Maintain servicing-related schedules, including servicing fee income, and retained MSRs (if applicable).
Support internal and external audit requests and assist in implementing SOX and internal control processes.
Collaborate with the Servicing and Capital Markets teams to support securitization or asset sale settlements.
Develop and enhance reporting tools and process automation for improved efficiency and accuracy.

What we're looking for

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* You will play a leading role in the global cryptocurrency accounting workflow including retail and institutional products, such as trading, rewards, staking, over-the-counter spot & options.
* Utilize expertise in large transactional data sets and data analysis tools to extract, transform, and analyze financial data to support the accounting and finance department.
* Implement accounting workpapers that use reports from our internal systems to produce regular monthly journal entries for existing and new crypto-related business activities.
* Enable timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for all crypto asset workstreams
* Perform reconciliation of digital assets across exchanges, wallets, and custodians.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure proper digital asset accounting treatment for existing and new product launches.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Financial Operations, Legal, Tax and Treasury, to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex crypto transactions.
* Oversee cryptocurrency wallets
* Identify and implement improvements to digital asset systems, processes, and controls, leveraging blockchain data and automation tools.
* Implement and monitor internal controls over the digital asset cycle to ensure SOX compliance and mitigate risks.
* Support internal and external audit requests, staying current with evolving accounting standards and crypto industry best practices.
* Timely response to ad hoc requests from team members, operations and management
* Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and accounting standards related to digital assets, and work with our Technical Accounting lead to ensure our accounting records align with our group accounting policy, including pronouncements from the FASB and IASB.
* Coach and train other accountants (including producing training materials and running training sessions) within the company on our crypto accounting workflow, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
* CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional accounting designation is required.
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to distill complex high volume data into actionable insights.
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a level of experience with fintech or crypto accounting.
* Experience with high volume transactional accounting datasets
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong technical accounting background with a deep understanding of US GAAP & IFRS
* Proven track record of working with a global accounting team.
* Experience with ERP systems i.e. NetSuite
* Experience with data visualization tools and SQL is a plus
* Experience working in a high-growth startup or technology company or working with clients in the technology or fintech industries.

The Kraken Treasury Manager is a highly visible role requiring dynamic interactions across the entire finance organization, global settlements, product, and business development teams. The opportunity
Manage a team of 3-5 individual Treasury Analysts to deliver results for the Treasury Organization and wider Kraken stakeholders
Manage creation, maintenance, and interpretation of cash flows, loans, interest earnings, target balancing, and other custom treasury forecasting
Use TMS, internal payment gateways, and banking partners to execute high value payments for treasury rebalancing and other operating needs
Collaborate with treasury and OTC trading analysts to execute crypto trades and fiat foreign exchange transaction for customers and internal hedging

Qualifications:
