Our client is a leading healthcare organization looking to bring on an Infor Finance ERP Analyst onto their team. This individual will work alongside the ERP team to manage & configure the Finance module of their Infor ERP system.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the Infor Finance module.
Deliver technical support to end users by resolving system-related issues and ensuring a positive user experience.
Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and align with established workflows.
Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize ERP features and integrate third-party applications.
Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and Inventory to analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through ERP solutions.
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and streamline business operations.
Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive manuals and guides for ERP usage.
Maintain detailed documentation of system updates, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
Coordinate, test, and validate ERP upgrades to minimize operational disruption; assist in evaluating and selecting new ERP tools or solutions when needed.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3+ years of experience configuring the Infor Finance module.
Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to ERP systems.

Summary
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to play a key leadership role in scaling our accounting function during a period of rapid growth and organizational transformation. This position will oversee core day to day accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and help build scalable processes that support our usage-based SaaS revenue model.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical accounting expertise with strong leadership and process improvement skills. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the accounting infrastructure of a high-growth technology company while mentoring a developing team.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting analyses.
Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
Manage the implementation and optimization of NetSuite (and related system integrations) to drive automation and efficiency.
Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and ongoing compliance of technical accounting standards, including ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 350, ASC 340-40, ASC 718 and ASC 326.
Draft technical accounting memos documenting our polices, significant judgments, and conclusions.
Oversee quarterly and annual tax compliance including federal, state, and local filings.
Collaborate on international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment analysis as we expand globally.
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Lead and mentor accounting members through a period of organizational change, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. Cross-train team members to build depth and coverage across all accounting functions.
Prepare audit-ready workpapers and serve as key point of contact in external audits.
Partner with leadership to enhance forecasting, cash management, and strategic financial initiatives.
Help drive the evolution of accounting systems and processes to support rapid growth and increased transaction volume.
Lead or support special projects, including implementation of process automations and AI tools to scale operations efficiently.
Build scalable processes and controls that support audit readiness and future SOX compliance.
What We're Looking For
7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a management role
CPA required; Big 4 public accounting experience required
Experience in SaaS or usage-based revenue model required
Deep understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles
Strong technical accounting research and writing skills-you can draft a clear, well-supported memo
Experience with high-growth environments and building scalable accounting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite required
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compensation
The estimated pay range for this role is $142,000 - $210,000.
This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager to lead and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting, as well as providing expert guidance on technical accounting matters and to ensure all regulatory filings (AICPA, PCAOB, SEC) are completed in an efficient and timely manner. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring transparency and accountability in the company's financial reporting. You will also collaborate across departments to streamline reporting processes and manage external communications with auditors and regulatory agencies. This role reports to the Director of Accounting.
Essential Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, equity statements and related footnote disclosures, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable frameworks.
Manage the preparation and filing of quarterly, annual, and other regulatory filings with the SEC or other relevant authorities.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audit processes.
Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure the organization adapts accordingly.
Assist in the process to build out internal processes to become compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting requirements, including internal controls over financial reporting.
Serve as a key point of contact with regulatory bodies during audits or inquiries.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting and reporting professionals, ensuring skill development and career progression.
Work cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, legal, and investor relations teams to align reporting efforts and maintain message consistency.
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate financial reviews, audits, and other requests.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.

Salary Range
New York City & San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $158,500 to $218,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
