* Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution and logistics transactions to ensure that the highest possible service levels are achieved on a daily basis
* Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of both outbound production, and lab orders on a daily basis.
* Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist Manufacturing Management with communication and feedback to the Manufacturing Staff to help drive Productivity improvements.
* Assist Production Support Supervisor with monthly Compounding & Sample Lab KPI tracking and reporting.
* Deliver samples to QC, boxes samples for delivery to customers, performs shipment transactions into transport systems such as Fedex and UPS.
* Assist with Process Order Scrubbing, Lab communication as needed.
* Work with QM to resolve quality related manufacturing or material problems.
* Assist in development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed.
* Provide communication to key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial.
