The Graphic Design Intern will assist in creating a variety of visual assets to support social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and in-stadium entertainment. Senior Creative Director, Colts Content
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in the design and production of graphics for social media, website, email marketing, digital advertising, print materials, in-stadium displays, and events
* Collaborate with teammates across Social Media, Audio, Game Presentation, and Photography to ensure consistent visual storytelling
* Support the creation of sponsor-integrated graphics and branded content initiatives
* Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
* Ensure all work is aligned with Colts brand guidelines and platform best practices
* Stay updated on industry trends, sports design aesthetics, and digital media innovations
* Assist with game day and event-day creative needs as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
* Current college student or recent graduate studying Graphic Design or a related field
* Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical skills across different mediums
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus
* Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
* Knowledge of social media platforms and the types of content that succeed on each
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
* Passion for sports and enthusiasm for creative storytelling
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and gamedays as needed

Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital platforms.
