Position Summary:
The Client Water brand is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their internal creative team. The ideal candidate will be able to translate strategic insights into brand-defining creative storytelling, have a high attention to detail, and be able to drive creative innovation through all marketing communications. Primary Responsibilities:

Educations/Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor's in design with a focus in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role or a related field.
• Fluent in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Presentation software power user
• Animation skills not required but strongly desired
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, and industry trends.

Design and manage brand-aligned campaign assets, including but not limited to social media organic and paid graphics and animations, email, programmatic ads, packaging, innovation and in-store signage.
Develop editable template systems and pitch-worthy PowerPoints that local teams can customize while maintaining brand standards.
Partner with the Creative Team Leader to maintain and organize the brand guidelines and asset library, ensuring accessibility and version control across teams.
Assist in brand evolution through thoughtful application of typography, color, imagery, and layout.
Support cross-functional projects and present creative to cross functional partners.
Support the team with photo-editing tasks as needed.
Collaborate with editors and writers to identify visual opportunities and refine presentation.
Work with teams to ensure branding is used consistently in internal and external documents.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in design with a focus in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role or a related field.
Fluent in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and presentation software power user.
Animation skills not required but strongly desired.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, and industry trends.
Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills with an exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to balance big-picture creative thinking with hands-on design execution.
Strong project management skills and ability to function as project leader influencing others as well as individual contributor.
